Terms of Service

By accessing the Nomiq AI API, Reasoning Engine, or web applications, you agree to be bound by these deterministic operational terms. Nomiq provides infrastructure for brand generation and governance.

1. Intellectual Property Ownership

Unlike legacy generative AI tools, you retain full commercial rights and intellectual property ownership over any brand names, color palettes, typographies, and reasoning documentation generated within your workspace, provided you have an active Pro or Enterprise subscription at the time of generation.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Our infrastructure is built for creative professionals. You may not use the API for generating deceptive, malicious, or illegal content. Attempting to reverse engineer the deterministic reasoning layer or extract underlying base model weights is strictly prohibited.

3. SLA & System Reliability

Enterprise customers are subject to the 99.99% Uptime SLA. Routine maintenance (typically consisting of rolling model weight updates) will be performed with zero downtime. However, in the event of major infrastructure shifts, clients will be notified 30 days in advance.
